Musically, this is one of the most eclectic records I have ever listened to within Florence and The Machine’s debut album entitled “Lungs.” Florence Welch has one of the most beautiful voices I have heard in a long time and needs credit, as does her band – The Machine, which is comprised of varying musicians depending on what track is being played. For some reason this album just captures everything one has ever wanted to say to someone they care about. To be completely honest I have listened to the track “Cosmic Love” 213 times according to good ol’ iTunes. The music, the lyrics, they all have a message and it is always up for self-interpretation. Please listen to Lungs and just sit back and get lost because it is well worth the it.
